Responsibilities

• Translates orders into a sequential work schedule.
• Analyzes production specifications and capacity data, and performs calculations to determine processes, tools, and HR requirements.
• Plans and schedules workflow for each department according to established sequences and lead times.
• Plans sequence of operations.
• Confers with department supervisors to determine project status.
• Expedites operations that delay schedules and adjusts schedules for unforeseen conditions.
• Prepares production reports.
• May prepare lists and purchase orders for materials, tools, and equipment.
• Collaborates with internal and external personnel to implement and maintain services and programs.
• Gives scheduling support through team member and inter-office communications.
• Examines production specifications and capacity data to determine processes and resources.
• Performs a variety of clerical duties as needed.
