Job summary

FOX Factory is seeking a manufacturing planner to oversee daily build plan reporting and support production control. You will ensure material availability, expedite parts, and maintain work-order dates to meet customer orders.

The role requires 5+ years in manufacturing, with experience in purchasing, expediting, and MRP/ERP systems; strong MS Excel skills and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s preferred.
• 5+ years hands-on experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with purchasing, expediting, MRP/ERP systems preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in MS Excel and other MS Office applications.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily creation of reports required by the planning department.
• Data input for maintenance details of the items and work orders using manual input and data uploads.
• Supports the execution of short term (0-4 weeks) production schedules to ensure 100% on-time delivery of all customer orders.
• Analyses capacity planning and material requirements advising Sales of push outs.
• Interfaces with manufacturing personnel, purchasing personnel, etc. on material status and production planning issues.
• Approves and implements deviations from schedules and ECNs.
