You will collect accurate demographic information, including the patient phone number, and ensure messages are routed promptly. You will represent the organization in a service-oriented manner, handle outbound calls, index orders, reconcile information with physicians, and escalate unresolved issues when needed.

Qualifikationen

• Previous Call Center experience preferred.
• Medical office experience preferred.
• Experience using multiple applications on a computer using the internet.
