Responsible for overseeing the administration and optimization of scheduling and timekeeping processes and systems, supporting department operations. This position involves managing the timekeeping team, overseeing payroll preparation for the department, ensuring compliance with policies, supporting system upgrades, and enhancing the efficiency of scheduling and timekeeping operations.
Education
Associate's Degree Finance preferred or Associate's Degree Human Resources Management preferred or Bachelor's Degree Finance preferred

Experience in payroll, accounting or finance, preferably in a healthcare or hospital setting 3-5 years required and Leadership or supervisory experience 2-3 years
