Title : Program Planning Scheduling Analyst

Duration : 12 Months Contract

Location : Clearfield, UT

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Prepares, develops and coordinates the integrated master plan and integrated master schedule to meet all program objectives

• Adheres to and guides the team through compliance with all Earned Value Reporting metrics such as DCMA and DECM metrics

• Perform and/or assist in schedule performance analyses and visibility reporting; assist in the preparation and submittal of monthly CDRLs such as IPMR

• Facilitate and support program monthly rhythm process utilizing Microsoft Project and Project Server, SAP/S4, wInsight, Milestone Professional, Tableau/PowerBI, and MS Excel/PowerPoint.

Basic Qualifications for Program Planning Scheduling Analyst:

• Bachelor's Degree with 5 years of experience in Program Planning or a Master's Degree with 3 years of related experience or High School Diploma/GED and 9 years of related experience in lieu of degree

• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM)

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Project

Preferred Qualifications for Program Planning Scheduling Analyst:

• Aerospace/Defense Industry experience

• Experience in Deltek Cobra

• Experience in Deltek Acumen Risk
