As a Scheduler/Staffing Coordinator at Newton Village , you will organize and schedule appropriate clinical department coverage, including the master schedule, daily schedule and scheduling replacements for shifts. You will also be working on the floor to provide care to our residents. The ideal candidate is a dependable, compassionate team member who enjoys supporting residents and working collaboratively with others. CNA or CMA certification is preferred , along with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Full-Time, benefits-eligible position. Work approximately 15–20 hours per week as the Scheduler/Staffing Coordinator, with remaining hours spent providing resident care and filling in on the floor.
