Southern TN Regional Health System- Lawrenceburg is seeking an experienced Patient Access Scheduler to coordinate diagnostic and/or surgical procedures. You will interview patients, explain guidelines, and collaborate with clinical departments to adjust schedules.
The role includes mentoring staff, ensuring accurate data capture, and guiding patients through prep instructions and insurance requirements.

Responsible for accurately scheduling diagnostic and/or surgical procedures. Conducts physician office/patient interviews and explains hospital procedure guidelines and policies. Coordinates with clinical departments on schedule modifications. Also responsible for providing guidance and mentoring of new and/or existing staff with daily work effort and proper handling of accounts.
High School Diploma or GED Preferred
