The Scheduler develops and maintains the project schedules that drive our construction operations, translating project plans into realistic, resource-loaded timelines that project teams can execute against. Working under the VP of Operations Support, this position partners closely with project managers, superintendents, estimators, and trade partners to build baseline schedules, track progress, and flag risks before they affect delivery dates. The Scheduler is a central point of coordination across departments and is expected to exercise independent judgment in analyzing schedule impacts and recommending recovery strategies, while significant changes to contract milestones are elevated to operations leadership. The role is primarily office-based with regular use of scheduling software and project management systems and includes jobsite visits (approximately 1–2 per week, more frequent during critical project phases) to verify progress and coordinate with field staff. This position has no direct reports.
