Job summary

Michels Pipeline, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Scheduler to develop, maintain, and clearly communicate project schedules that support on-time completion of construction projects.

You will collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to optimize timelines, monitor progress, and resolve scheduling conflicts as they arise. The ideal candidate brings 5–10 years of construction scheduling or project controls experience, a degree in construction management or engineering, and formal scheduling

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in construction scheduling, project controls, or a related role within the oil & gas industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field – or equivalent relevant experience.
• Formal training or certification in project scheduling principles or software.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to forecast impacts and propose solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with project teams, management, and external partners.

As a Scheduler, your key responsibilities will be to develop, maintain, and communicate project schedules that support the timely completion of construction projects. You’ll collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to optimize timelines, monitor progress, and proactively identify and resolve potential scheduling conflicts.
