Job Summary

Responsible for ensuring optimal utilization of resources, timely allocation of staff, and efficient scheduling of shifts or assignments. Works closely with team leads, managers, and stakeholders to gather staffing requirements and establish schedules that meet operational needs.

Essential Functions

• Develop and maintain the staffing schedule for a team or department, ensuring adequate coverage and optimal utilization of resources.
• Coordinate with team leads, managers, and stakeholders to gather staffing requirements and understand operational needs.
• Analyze workload, staffing availability, and skill requirements to create a balanced and efficient schedule that meets business objectives.
• Monitor and track staff availability, time‑off requests, and overtime hours to ensure compliance with labor regulations and organizational policies.
• Coordinate with training departments to schedule and allocate resources for staff training and development programs.
• Maintain accurate records of staffing schedules, time‑off requests, and other related information, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Education Associate's Degree Business Administration required or Associate's Degree Related Field of Study required or Bachelor's Degree Related Field of Study preferred
