Forge is seeking a data/ CPM scheduler to provide data models for cost and production trends, and to maintain CPM schedules for engineering, estimating, and operations.   • Review Building Connected for data accuracy related to estimating bid activities as it compares to Monday.com.
  • Build and Maintain the CPM Schedule for Engineering and Estimating for each project.
  • Build and Maintain the company wide "Early Start v Late Start" CPM Schedule for Engineering and Estimating for all projects as the precursor for Fabrication Activities.
  • Build and Maintain the Active Work CPM Schedule for Operations for each project.
  • Streamline projections through the use of %Completes within the referenced CPM.
  • Streamline resource usage through the use of the resource pool within the referenced CPM.
  • Prepare for Manager Cost Evaluation Metrics for Time on Task by Estimators and Engineering Staff.

Position Overview:
  • Provide Data Models for Cost & Production Trends for Estimating and Operations.
  • Provide Daly Data and Path Logic Accuracy Creation and Entry for Manager Reviews of Critical Path Method Schedules
