Job summary

Vertage Inc. is seeking an experienced Transmission Work Management Scheduler to plan, schedule, and oversee complex transmission construction and maintenance programs.

You will develop integrated, resource-loaded schedules aligning work activities, resources, budgets, risk factors, and priorities across multiple transmission functions. Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated resource-loaded schedules for transmission construction and maintenance projects.
• Coordinate schedules across transmission line, substation, civil, relay, electrical, operations, and contractor organizations.
• Manage schedule changes based on funding, resource availability, outage requirements, and business priorities.
• Support capital and O&M programs ranging from $150M-$300M annually.
• Analyze project risks, resource constraints, critical paths, and schedule conflicts.
• Work closely with project managers, field operations, engineering, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Facilitate schedule review meetings and provide schedule status reporting.
• Ensure alignment with NERC/FERC compliance requirements and transmission reliability objectives.
• Balance competing priorities while maintaining operational efficiency and execution readiness.
• Support work management and outage planning processes.

Job Title: Transmission Work Management Scheduler

Role:

We are seeking an experienced Transmission Work Management Scheduler to support the planning, scheduling, and execution of complex transmission construction and maintenance programs. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining integrated schedules that align work activities, resources, budgets, risk factors, and operational priorities across multiple transmission functions.
