Facilitates the scheduling and registration process and optimizes efficiencies and workflows. Works as a liaison between family, insurance carrier, physician office, and clinical professionals to assure scheduling occurs in a highly accurate and timely manner. Assists with covering for the front office as needed.**Pay Range**Minimum $23.00 Midpoint $29.64 Maximum $36.28*Rate of pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, education, as well as position requirements.***Experience**• Required: Minimum one (1) year of scheduling and registration experience in a healthcare setting using a computerized scheduling system **or** two (2) years of front office experience.• Preferred: Experience coordinating and scheduling complex procedures. Experience coordinating patient care with multiple departments.**Education**• Required: High School Diploma/ GED or equivalent.• Preferred: Associate degree in related field.**Training**• Required: None required.**Specialized Skills**• Required: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
