The French's Food Company, a subsidiary of McCormick & Company, Inc., is seeking a full-time Scheduler II in its manufacturing plant located at 4455 East Mustard Way, Springfield, Missouri (MO). This Scheduler will report to the Department Manager - Materials Management.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule production weekly, daily, and hourly using APO and other tools to meet the master production plan and customer orders, considering inventory, allergens, and efficiency constraints.
• Monitor progress against the schedule, communicate with production and customer service, and adjust as necessary.
• Schedule production trials, new product introductions, and discontinuations effectively with minimal write-off exposure.
• Maintain scheduling parameters within tools like CHARMAT, considering seasonality, holidays, and business changes.
• Communicate issues affecting customer service targets to supply planning for escalation.
• Assist other schedulers with production schedules and work-in-progress scheduling to optimize costs.
• Participate in business reviews, project teams, TPM processes, and ensure health and safety compliance.

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years' experience in scheduling, supply chain, or related fields
• Proficiency in PC skills and planning systems like MRP
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree in Business or related field
• APICS certification
• SAP/SCM experience
