Elara Caring is seeking a Scheduler for Home Health in Monroe, LA. This full-time role supports Administrators by coordinating patient visits and scheduling the direct care team to ensure timely, quality care.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED (associates preferred) and at least 1 year of scheduling experience in home health. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, and familiarity with Homecare Homebase/Workday is advantageous.

By advancing key workflows throughout the patient journey, the Scheduler manages direct care team member schedules to ensure adequate and timely patient care visits.
