About the role
Our scheduling team drives, supports, and organises our care teams in the community who help older people maintain independence and stay in their own homes longer. Responsibilities include responding to calls, requests, and enquiries cheerfully, juggling schedules, locations, and needs, providing rosters to staff, maintaining records, and ensuring effective communication with clients and support workers.
