About the role

Our scheduling team drives, supports, and organises our care teams in the community who help older people maintain independence and stay in their own homes longer. Responsibilities include responding to calls, requests, and enquiries cheerfully, juggling schedules, locations, and needs, providing rosters to staff, maintaining records, and ensuring effective communication with clients and support workers.

About you

Successful candidates will love solving puzzles, juggling tasks, hate boredom, and enjoy delivering excellent customer service. Key qualities include:

  • Cert III in Office Administration/Business or equivalent (ideal)
  • Experience in rostering, preferably in an at-home care setting
  • Availability for on-call and weekend rotating roster
  • High attention to detail and accuracy under pressure
  • Strong drive, initiative, and problem-solving skills
  • National Police Clearance (issued within the last 6 months)
