Job Opportunity: Scheduling Coordinator
  • Location: Beautiful Rockingham Hub office
  • Hours: Casual, including weekends and on-call
  • Compensation: Hourly rate from TBC + super + Not for Profit benefits

About the Role

Our scheduling team is vital in supporting and organizing our care teams serving older adults in the community. Your role will involve matching clients' needs with appropriate staff, responding cheerfully to calls and inquiries, managing schedules, updating records, and ensuring effective communication with clients and support workers.

About You

We are looking for someone who enjoys solving puzzles, juggling tasks, and delivering excellent customer service. Key qualities include:

  • Cert III in Office Administration/Business or equivalent (ideal)
  • Experience in rostering, preferably in a home care setting
  • Availability for on-call and weekend rotations
  • High attention to detail and accuracy under pressure
  • Strong drive, initiative, and problem-solving skills
  • National Police Clearance (issued within the last 6 months)
