Tradewind Aviation is seeking a Scheduler to maximize fleet utilization and support the Sales team by checking availability of crew and aircraft to meet demand. The Scheduler will adapt to a rapidly changing environment, with onsite attendance in Oxford, CT one week per quarter and a shift from 8pm–6am EST.

The role requires aviation scheduling experience, strong problem-solving, and the ability to handle frequent changes, with a pathway to remote work after training.

• 6+ months aviation experience as an Aircraft Scheduler.
• Experience in aviation scheduling software.
• FAA dispatch license preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain a culture of total client service, focused on anticipating client needs and exceeding their expectations.
• Identify safety hazards and report to a supervisor or through the Safety Management System (SMS).
• Monitor current flights and ensure proceeding trips are not delayed.
• Handle schedule interruptions and notify applicable departments.
• Schedule new trips and maximize crew/aircraft efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with FARs and company policies.
• Provide trip availability to Sales.
• Coordinate trip changes with Client Services.
• Arrange schedule to fulfill maintenance needs.
• Assist with crew training.
• Build new scheduled service flights as necessary.
• Other duties as assigned.

The Scheduler’s primary responsibility is to maximize the efficient utilization of Tradewind Aviation’s entire fleet of aircraft.
