Job summary

Yardley Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, a 170-bed sub-acute and long-term care facility, is seeking a Scheduler to join our team. This full-time role offers $19-$25 per hour, all-inclusive, to help maintain staffing coverage and support nursing operations.

The Scheduler will build relationships with staff, manage monthly schedules, ensure policy compliance, and maintain accurate records while delivering professional, service-oriented communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• Strong data entry skills with accuracy and efficiency.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong working relationships with staff to support scheduling and staffing coverage.
• Utilize organizational skills to ensure accurate scheduling and records.
• Complete monthly nursing schedules, coordinating time-off requests and shift coverage.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and labor requirements.
• Maintain scheduling records and make timely adjustments as staffing changes.
• Communicate schedule updates clearly with staff and leadership.
• Support staffing efficiency and resolve scheduling conflicts or gaps.

Responsibilities for Scheduler:

• Build and maintain strong working relationships with staff to support effective scheduling and staffing coverage.

• Utilize strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate scheduling and staffing records.

• Complete monthly nursing schedules, coordinating time-off requests and shift coverage to ensure appropriate staffing levels across units.

• Ensure compliance with facility policies and procedures related to staffing, scheduling, and labor requirements.

• Maintain accurate and up-to‑date scheduling records and make timely adjustments as staffing needs change.

• Communicate schedule updates clearly and professionally with staff and leadership.

• Support overall staffing efficiency and assist in resolving scheduling conflicts or coverage gaps.
