The Waters of Greencastle Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated Scheduler to join our team. As a Scheduler, you will manage the clinical teams' schedule in alignment with budget and census to ensure efficient operation.

You must be a CNA, QMA or LPN and will work in a fast-paced environment with a dynamic healthcare team. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

• Create and review scheduled for the nurses and CNAs in accordance with the current PPD and census.
• Track call-offs and manage staffing levels to maintain optimal coverage
• Pre-screen potential job applicants and schedule interviews with our team
• Demonstrate the ability to handle stressful situations calmly and prioritize assignments to manage workflow efficiently
