Job summary

HCBeck, LTD. is seeking a Scheduler in Fort Worth, Texas to assist project teams with planning and maintenance of project schedules from preconstruction through completion. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Construction Management or Engineering and at least five years of construction scheduling experience, specifically using Primavera P6.

Responsibilities include developing project schedules, reporting progress, and working with team members to ensure project success. Benefits include medical coverage and a 401(k) plan with company match.

Position: Scheduler

Assists project teams with planning, schedule development, and maintenance of project schedules from preconstruction through final completion, primarily for projects in the Atlanta region. The Scheduler may travel and support other regional project teams as needed.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6.
  • Provide scheduling support throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Report on scheduling progress and assist in risk mitigation analysis.
  • Collect input from project team members, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to establish baseline schedules.
  • Regularly visit job sites, interact with stakeholders, and maintain accurate understanding of on‑site status.
  • Recommend schedule adjustments when required.
Qualifications
  • Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent field experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of construction scheduling experience.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
  • Proficiency with Primavera P6.
Physical Demands

Frequent use of a computer and office equipment. Requires constant communication with project team and other parties. Occasionally requires travel or co‑location, and walking on job sites. Ability to lift and carry items weighing more than 10 lbs.
