Job summary

The Beck Group in Austin is seeking an experienced Construction Scheduler to provide and oversee scheduling for complex projects. You will develop baseline schedules, monitor progress, and support risk mitigation.

Ideal candidates hold a degree in Construction Management or Engineering with 5 years of scheduling experience and proficiency with Primavera P6, reading drawings, and strong communication. This is an on-site role with opportunity to shape project outcomes.

• 5+ years of construction scheduling experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.

The Job May Involve The Following Essential Functions

• Providing and overseeing scheduling for construction projects
• Reporting on scheduling and job progress
• Aid in project risk mitigation analysis
• Obtain input from project team members, subcontractors, suppliers and clients to support the development of a baseline schedules

You Also Meet The Following Requirements

• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent field experience AND 5 Years construction scheduling experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
• Experience with P6

Physical Demands

Frequently operates a computer and other office equipment, constantly communicates with project team and related parties, ability to maintain best practices related to project planning and scheduling, and ability to adhere to consistent attendance. May require occasional travel or colocation. Walking job sites will be required. Ability to carry large plans or boxes in excess of 10 lbs.
