Job summary

Darwin Recruitment in Dallas seeks an experienced Construction Scheduler to support major commercial projects. The role focuses on Primavera P6 scheduling, progress monitoring, and schedule management to ensure on-time delivery and effective reporting.

You will develop and maintain detailed project schedules, integrate subcontractor programmes, monitor progress, and support delay analyses and schedule-related claims.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of construction scheduling experience or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Primavera P6.
• Ability to develop, update, and maintain detailed project schedules.
• Experience analysing critical paths, schedule variance, delays, and project forecasts.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing and project delivery processes.
• Experience integrating and coordinating subcontractor schedules.
• Ability to monitor project progress and resource requirements.
• Experience producing Gantt charts, schedule reports, progress updates, and forecasts.
• Experience supporting delay analysis and schedule-related claims or disputes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed Primavera P6 schedules for major commercial projects.
• Integrate subcontractor programmes and align with overall project milestones.
