Job summary

Engtal is seeking a P6 Scheduler to support its data center projects in Dallas or Abilene, TX. Join a growing mission critical team delivering large-scale, technically complex facilities with direct involvement in scheduling and project delivery.

You will develop and maintain schedules in Primavera P6, coordinate with project leadership, subcontractors, and owners, track progress, identify delays, and communicate schedules throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Construction scheduling experience on large, complex projects.
• Experience with data center, mission critical, or industrial projects preferred.
• Strong understanding of sequencing and critical path scheduling.
• Ability to work with project teams directly, not just update schedules.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Work closely with project leadership, Superintendents, PMs, subcontractors, and owners.
• Manage schedule updates, progress tracking, sequencing, and critical path analysis.
• Identify potential delays and help project teams proactively solve scheduling challenges.
• Support reporting and schedule communication throughout the project lifecycle.
