Job summary

Actalent in Austin, TX is seeking a Scheduler to support large-scale construction projects, including data center facilities. You will develop and maintain schedules using Primavera P6, partnering with project managers, field teams, and stakeholders to drive on-schedule delivery.

This role involves regular site visits, CPM scheduling, and coordinating with operations and project controls. Travel may be required and the assignment is a 12-month contract-to-hire with competitive hourly pay.

We're seeking a Scheduler to support large-scale construction projects, including mission-critical and data center facilities. In this role, you'll partner with project managers, field teams, and stakeholders to develop and maintain project schedules that drive successful project execution from planning through completion.

What You'll Do

• Develop, maintain, and analyze project schedules using Primavera P6.

What We're Looking For

Work Environment & Travel

This role combines office-based work with regular field visits to active construction sites. Candidates should be comfortable working in both office and construction environments, including occasional exposure to varying weather conditions during site visits.

Travel is required and may include assignments supporting projects in locations such as Kansas City, MO; Bowling Green, OH; El Paso, TX; Nashville, TN; and Atlanta, GA. Projects are typically long-term and may last 2-3 years. Travel expenses, project relocation costs, per diem, and periodic trips home are provided in accordance with company travel policies.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Austin, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $43.27 - $57.69/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
