Boulder Community Health is seeking a Schedule Coordinator for Boulder Neuro & Spine Associates who is responsible for scheduling appointments for the clinic. The Schedule Coordinatorserves as a liaison between patients and medical support staff. This position requires demonstrated competency to care for patients of specific ages as defined in the department’s scope of service and in specific department competency assessments.

•Interacts with patients in a prompt, courteous and helpful manner.
•Schedules patients; verifies and updates necessary information in the medical record and into computer.
•Assists patients with questions about their accounts.
•Maintains appointment book, when applicable and follows office scheduling policies.
•Answers phone, screens calls, takes messages and provides information.
•Screens calls and responds to routine requests for information.
•Maintains patient confidentiality.
•Attends meetings as required.
•Upholds guidelines set forth in department/clinic/organization
