POSITION: Scenic Meadows Resource Coordinator

Work Status: Part-Time (10 hrs/week), Hours Varied Monday-Friday

Job Description

The Resource Coordinator is responsible for serving the residents of Scenic Meadows Apartments. The role involves working ten (10) hours each week on-site at the apartment complex to provide services that promote resident stability and success. The position offers a pay rate of $15.00/hr and is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).

Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Effective communication skills, both written (reports, letters, documents) and oral
  • Proficiency in software programs such as word processing, spreadsheets, and databases
  • Understanding and ability to implement the agency's purpose, goals, and resources, and relate this to the community
  • Ability to follow written and oral instructions with minimal supervision
  • Ability to work effectively with consumers and become familiar with local resources to promote self-sufficiency
  • Ability to handle confidential program and consumer information appropriately
  • Ability to prepare and present group material and lead discussions
  • Professionalism in working with consumers and staff, representing the agency effectively
  • Possession of a valid Missouri driver’s license and appropriate vehicle insurance
  • Ability to operate a computer and office equipment
