Job Description

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional guest service and ensuring smooth operations in a bustling restaurant environment? Join us as a Shift Lead! You will organize and supervise servers, bartenders, and support staff to guarantee seamless shifts and high guest satisfaction. Your responsibilities include:

1. Supervising and executing staff duties.
2. Ensuring staff effectiveness through communication, coaching, and monitoring.
3. Implementing systems, policies, and procedures to optimize operations.
4. Managing departmental operations in the manager's absence and acting as an ambassador.
5. Resolving service complaints to maintain high satisfaction.
6. Maintaining cleanliness and organization.
7. Mastering Point of Sale system use.
8. Assisting in recruitment, training, and onboarding.
9. Ensuring compliance with health codes.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, with 6 months to 1 year of related experience, or equivalent.
• Ability to understand and follow instructions in various formats.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet use.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
