Job summary

TEKsystems in Getzville, NY is seeking an entry-level Administrative Assistant to support claims scanning and mailroom duties. The role requires a high school diploma and 1+ year of administrative or office experience. You will batch, track, and sort mailed claims, monitor queues, and maintain the claims control sheet.

Some lifting up to 50 lbs may be required, and the position is onsite in Getzville, NY. The role emphasizes following procedures, processing outgoing mail, and archiving

• Process outgoing mail and archive various documents, records and requests.
• May be required to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis.

Education/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent. 1+ years of administrative or office experience.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $18.50/hr.
