Job summary

Staffmark Group is hiring a Warehouse Scanning Associate in Lexington, KY. The role supports warehouse operations through picking, packing, shipping, receiving and inventory handling to ensure orders are completed safely and accurately.

The position involves scanning, labeling, and inventory control with daily 4pm-12:45am shifts, occasional Saturdays, and a pay rate around $15 per hour. Staffmark offers competitive benefits and room for advancement.

Location: Lexington, KY

Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour

Schedule: 4pm- 12:45am Monday-Friday and some Saturdays

Job Duties

• Scan containers and finished products to prepare shipments for customers.
• Label finished goods and verify product information for shipment accuracy.
• Scan internal serial numbers and process Toyota Kanban shipping requirements.
• Prepare pallets for shipment and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Ensure products are properly labeled and documented before shipping.

Experience Requirements

• Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, inventory, or scanning experience is a plus.
• Experience using RF scanners, barcode scanners, or inventory tracking systems preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when labeling and processing shipments.
• Ability to work independently and meet productivity goals in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand and move throughout the entire shift (100% standing).
• Frequent walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motion.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to safely use a 3-foot step ladder when needed.
• Comfortable working overtime and occasional Saturdays as required.
• Ability to use a step ladder
