Job summary

Staffmark Group in Lexington, KY is seeking an Order Picker. You will earn $16.00 per hour with a 6:30am – 3:15pm schedule, Monday through Friday plus overtime as needed.

You will operate MPC stand-up equipment, use RF scanners to track inventory, and pick, stage, and verify orders while keeping inventory accurate. Ideal candidates have warehouse or RF scanner experience, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to safety.

Job Duties

• Operate MPC stand-up equipment (not a forklift) to pick customer orders and move materials throughout the warehouse.
• Use RF scanners to accurately track inventory movement and product locations.
• Pick, stage, and verify orders while maintaining inventory accuracy.
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and operational guidelines.
• Assist with inventory control and general warehouse duties as assigned.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Meet daily productivity and accuracy standards.

Experience Requirements

• Previous warehouse, order picking, inventory, or RF scanner experience is a plus.
• Experience operating stand-up material handling equipment preferred.
• Ability to maintain accurate inventory records and meet productivity goals.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand for the entire shift (100% standing).
• Frequent bending, reaching, walking, and lifting throughout the workday.
• Must be able to lift and move boxes weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work overtime and occasional Saturdays as needed.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
