Callanan Industries, Inc., a CRH Company, is seeking an on-site team member to weigh customer trucks, issue proofs of purchase, collect payments, and coordinate delivery with internal and external customers. The role includes preparing daily load summaries and maintaining time and material records.

The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic MS Office skills, and a valid driver’s license. Pre-employment screenings and reliable attendance are required.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills including MS Office (Word & Excel).
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain regular attendance.
• Complete and pass pre-employment screenings before employment.

Responsibilities

• Weigh customer trucks and issue proof of purchase.
• Collect payment from customers.
• Coordinate with internal and external customers to ensure delivery.
• Prepare daily load summaries.
• Keep time and material records.
• Inform customers about plant safety policies and procedures.
• Answer incoming phone calls.
