Responsibilities

• Weigh trucks as they enter and leave the site with precision and provide top-tier service to drivers.
• Issue truck permits and set up new accounts; ensure billing data is accurate.
• Coordinate as the communication hub—dispatching instructions for special waste disposal to operators and managers to keep the site running safely.
• Test scales daily for accuracy and manage environmental compliance tasks to keep the facility compliant.

What You'll Do

• The Front Line: Weighing trucks in and out with precision and providing top-tier service to every driver who visits our site.
• Operational Support: Issuing truck permits, setting up new accounts, and ensuring all billing data is accurate and efficient.
• Coordination: Acting as a communication hub-dispatching instructions for special waste disposal to our operators and managers to keep the site running safely.
• Compliance & Safety: Testing scales daily for accuracy and managing environmental compliance tasks to keep our facility green and compliant.

What We're Looking For

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience: 1-3 months of related experience; a background in customer service is a huge plus!
• Skills: Strong basic math skills (decimals, fractions, and percentages) and the ability to interpret data/graphs.
• Mindset: A proactive communicator who enjoys working in a dynamic, outdoor-influenced environment.
