Job summary

Render is hiring the first members of its Scaled Programs Customer Engineering team to help run the technical side of our scaled, digital-first customer motion. You’ll support high-growth accounts through programmatic, one-to-many engagement rather than a traditional one-to-one model.

The role combines running scaled programs—and contributing to tools and content that power Field Engineering. You’ll partner with Scaled Account Managers and report into Render’s Field Engineering organization,

Qualifications

• Experience in customer engineering and programs for high-growth accounts.
• Ability to translate customer questions into in-product guidance.
• Experience onboarding startups and scalable engagement.
• Collaborates with sales, product, and support teams.

Responsibilities

• Turn expansion and churn signals into plays for AMs.
• Operate startup program onboarding with checklists and guided flows.
• Create programs and content to reduce customer friction.
• Build scaled-engagement toolkit components (in-app programs, triggers, calculators).
• Run webinars and account-cohort outreach with Scaled AMs.
• Provide in-product guidance and self-service content.
• Maintain data hygiene so signals reach Field Engineering and Product.
