Render is seeking an Engineering Manager for Product Engineers to lead a talented group building the core developer experience of the Render platform. You’ll combine technical leadership with product thinking, partnering with product managers and designers to translate user needs into scalable systems that developers rely on every day.

You’ll be responsible for guiding technical direction, developing engineers, and ensuring the team ships meaningful improvements quickly while maintaining the high standards that define Render’s platform. The ideal candidate brings a strong engineering background, a deep sense of ownership, and a passion for building products that developers love.
