TikTok LIVE Ecosystem team seeks a senior leader in Los Angeles to guide policy enforcement, moderation operations, and quality assurance. You will own high-impact initiatives to improve content safety and monetization integrity, partnering with Product, Ops, Policy, and Data Science to deliver strategic outcomes.

You will lead a team, translate data insights into actionable plans, and balance competing priorities while communicating clearly with leadership across the organization.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• 5+ years of relevant experience, including 3+ years in content safety, quality, moderation, monetization, or related domains.
• 3+ years of experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Experience working on UGC and/or PGC products, with a strong understanding of content ecosystems.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive alignment across complex cross-functional environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable strategy and drive data-informed execution.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across different levels.

The TikTok LIVE Ecosystem team's mission is to create a sustainable livestream ecosystem. We strive to ensure our users and creators a high quality experience on the platform. This role will be based in Los Angeles, CA.

Responsibilities:

Job Information

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (Annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $151050 - $258400 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
