Asana is seeking a Digital & Scaled CS Program Manager to own the build and execution layer of our Digital and Scaled CS program in a Chicago-based, hybrid setting. You will design customer journeys, manage vendor partnerships, and ensure programs reflect lifecycle best practices with real‑world account realities.

You will work across CS, Sales, Revenue Ops, Marketing, and Product Engineering to drive scalable success and continuous value for customers, leveraging AI tools to boost productivity.

Formación

• 4+ years in Customer Success, CS Operations, or Marketing Automation.
• Experience building digital programs in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Proven ability to design and run customer journey orchestrations.
• Strong governance, playbooks, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and refine digital campaigns and journeys.
• Maintain program governance and ensure alignment with business strategy.
• Manage vendor partnerships and cadence, KPIs, and escalations.
• Update and create playbooks and enablement materials.
• Plan webinars and scaled content, coordinating with Marketing and CS.
• Collaborate across CS, Sales, Revenue Ops, Marketing, and Product Engineering.
