Asana is seeking a Digital & Scaled CS Program Manager in Chicago with a hybrid schedule. You’ll own the build and execution layer of our Digital and Scaled CS program, working across Customer Success, Sales, Revenue Ops, Marketing, and Product Engineering to turn strategy into actionable programs.

You’ll design and refine customer journeys, manage vendor relationships, maintain playbooks, and enable teams to deliver scalable value.

Qualificações

• 4+ years of experience in Customer Success, CS Operations, or Marketing Automation.
• Experience building digital programs in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Ability to design, build, and run customer journey orchestrations.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and refine campaigns and journeys in Iterable, Outreach, Pocus, and Trig.
• Maintain program governance and quality checks to reflect current strategy.
• Manage vendor partnerships and track KPIs with regular cadences.
• Maintain and update playbooks and enablement materials for CS teams.
• Plan and execute webinars and scaled content to deepen adoption.
• Collaborate across CS, Sales, Revenue Ops, Marketing, and Product Eng.
