Qualifications

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice in Massachusetts or California; or eligible for prompt admission.
• 8+ years of corporate transactional experience with an excellent track record in managing complex deals.
• Solid reputation in the market with career progression and client development.
• Experience leading complex corporate deals from inception to close.
• Proven ability to expand client portfolios and prioritize client relationships.
• Demonstrated leadership and business acumen with mentoring junior associates.
• Experience representing public and private companies; securities laws experience preferred.
• Deal sheet or representative matters reflecting meaningful M&A experience.
• Portable book of business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex corporate transactions from origination to close.
• Grow the practice by expanding client portfolios and managing relationships.
• Mentor and manage junior associates to build bench strength.
• Contribute to firm strategy and leverage the global platform for growth.
