Qualifications

• Direct experience scaling chemical processes from bench to pilot levels.
• Familiarity with multi-step synthesis and separation designs.

Responsibilities

• Own the biphasic reactor step and drive capacity increase.
• Map the full process and deliver the scale-up strategy.
• Lead design and commissioning of the early production system.
