You will be responsible for scaling up new thermal interface material products in various industrial applications. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in Chemical Engineering or a related field and at least 2 years of relevant manufacturing experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of engineering experience in adhesive film/paste manufacturing.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
• Strong statistical and quality analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Scale-up newly developed thermal interface material product lines.
• Create process flow charts, FMEAs and control plans.
• Run design of experiments for product parameters.

Skills

Engineering experience in adhesive manufacturing

Strong background in statistics

Quality tools (DOE, SPC, FMEA)

Cross-functional teamwork

Education

Bachelor's in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or related
