You will verify weights, manage driver paperwork, prepare customs documents, and input reports. Strong attention to detail and team spirit are essential.

Qualifications

• 1 year in a similar role preferred.
• 1 year of general administrative duties.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Analytical with attention to detail.
• Friendly, team-oriented, able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Verify all paperwork for drivers (inbound/outbound).
• Verify driver paperwork against scale tickets.
• Verify gross, tare and net weights.
• Distribute driver paperwork.
• Input sort reports into Mayer.
• Scan inbound/outbound paperwork to main office.
• Prepare outbound/inbound customs paperwork.
• Maintain car processing logs and DMV/NMVTIS paperwork.
• Answer incoming calls.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
