Job summary

Triple M Metal LP is seeking a Scale Operator to manage the weigh scale, collect data, and perform data entry in our North America metal recycling facility. The role includes supporting warehouse operations and delivering reliable administrative functions, while upholding safety policies and company values.

Ideal candidates will have 1–2 years in a similar role, 1–2 years in general administrative duties, and strong written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years in a similar role preferred.
• 1 to 2 years of work experience performing general administrative duties.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Operates weigh scale and accurately records weights into Meyer inventory management system in accordance with operational policies and procedures.
• Conducts surveillance of yard operations from scale houses in accordance with established guidelines and reports all issues arising from unauthorized personnel on or around the property.
• Provides exceptional customer service to members of the public, company drivers and/or third-party brokers in accordance with prescribed policies, procedures and company values.
• May be required to provide railcar administration in accordance with prescribed procedures.
• Provide administrative support to other parts of the warehouse.
