Job summary

Farmer Focus is seeking a Scale Operator to support the Pack Out department at the Acorn Facility. This full-time, on-site role operates the scale and related production equipment, performs data entry, and follows established food safety procedures to maintain quality and productivity.

The position requires English literacy, basic math, and the ability to complete paperwork accurately. You must be able to work the 1st shift, overtime, and some weekends, and be authorized to work in the United

• Ability to operate production equipment and office equipment, including computer, email, scale, copier, fax machine, and 10-key calculator.
• Ability to complete paperwork accurately, neatly, and in a timely manner.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with supervisors and associates, verbally and in writing.
• Must be able to work assigned days and shifts, including overtime and some weekends as required.
• Must be able to perform the essential functions of the role with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Analyze and calculate data using basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Work assigned hours, including overtime and some weekends as required.
• Complete assigned tasks with accuracy and efficiency while effectively using time and resources.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

This role is primarily responsible for assuring that all procedures are followed to achieve the highest level of productivity in the most cost-efficient manner possible while maintaining customer specifications. Work Environment, Physical Demands, and Travel

Work is performed in a production environment and may require the use of production equipment and office equipment. Team members must follow applicable safety, food safety, quality, and company procedures while completing assigned tasks accurately and efficiently.
