Responsibilities

• Provide timely, accurate tickets to customers to ensure smooth scale flow.
• Coordinate truck dispatch orders for maximum trucking efficiency.
• Verify tickets for numbers, dates, and times; ensure proper yard loading.
• Ensure safety, compliance, environmental and DOT requirements are followed.
• Operate computer to produce customer tickets and dispatch orders.
• Record daily transaction registers and ticket copies to main office.
• Answer phones and relay messages when colleagues are absent.
• Maintain product knowledge to answer customer questions.
