Responsibilities

• Responsible for the flow of traffic in and out of the facility while operating scale for in/out weights.
• Provides exceptional customer service to all residential and commercial customers.
• Prepares paperwork and receipts for payment at the time of customer arrival.
• Reconciles cash till at end of shift to hand off to supervisor.
• Handles customer issues and inquiries as necessary.
• Keeps scale house and work area clean at all times.
• Completes cross-training with Spotter crew for traffic flow assistance.
• Attends all company meetings when scheduled.
