The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent and 1–3 years of administrative experience, with proficiency in Excel and records systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of administrative, clerical, or accounting experience preferred.
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with records systems preferred.
• Bilingual skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Weigh and document all inbound and outbound truck loads.
• Review Origin & Destination (O&D) forms and verify load compliance.
• Enter load data into internal systems and maintain scale tickets and records.
• Communicate tonnage and operation updates to internal teams.
• Enforce DEP regulations and site safety requirements, including PPE use.
• Maintain a clean and orderly scale house and perform routine walkdowns.
• Provide customer service to drivers, vendors, and the public.
• Report operational issues or irregularities to supervision.
• Support special projects and work additional hours as needed.
