Apply today!**About the role**As a **Back Plant Operator,** you will be responsible for the safe, efficient, and environmentally sound operations of industrial systems and equipment associated with Reworld’s industrial disposal process.## **Position Responsibilities:*** Perform assigned operational tasks and inspections utilizing various types of designated industrial equipment and hand/power tools* Complete routine inspections of assigned equipment and document details in accordance with facility procedures* Troubleshoot assigned equipment and responsibly report issues and repair requests utilizing defined work order processes and procedures* Utilize weekly activity books and critical items checklist to perform operational and equipment related function checks* Safely perform lock-out/tag-out processes of equipment in support of assigned maintenance teams* Additional duties as assigned to ensure safe and efficient facility operations## ## **Position Requirements & Qualifications:*** High School Diploma or equivalent, preferred* Valid driver’s license* Must have experience operating heavy industrial equipment* Must have the ability to work a rotating shift schedule**Physical Demands of the Role:*** Ability to walk, stand, sit, and climb* Ability to lift/carry 50lbs* Ability to work from heights and in confined spaces* Qualify to wear a full-face respirator* Consistently work in various weather conditionsIn addition to salary, this role is eligible for benefits.
