EMR Group USA is seeking a Scale Operator (Weightmaster) for our New Orleans, LA facility. You will be the first point of contact for customers, weighing and recording materials and handling receipts while providing general administrative support.

The role emphasizes excellent customer service, accuracy, and teamwork in a full-time, year-round position at our New Orleans warehouse facility.

• Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone.

About The Opportunity

As a Scale Operator (Weightmaster) at EMR, you’ll support our warehouse facility and help grow our operations in New Orleans, LA. As the first point of contact for customers, you’ll provide excellent customer service while weighing and recording materials, issuing receipts, and providing general administrative support.
