Responsibilities

• Enter weight from truck on computer, generate ticket.
• Provide tickets to drivers and buyers confirming haul details.
• Add new vehicles and orders to system, update overweight permits when required.
• Manage credit card terminal, print out and scan missing tickets.
• Complete daily required reports/paperwork.
• Provide helpful and friendly customer service to truck drivers and customers.
• Help inside sales make calls if needed.
• Cross train as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

What you will be doing

• Enter weight from truck on computer, generate ticket
• Provide tickets to drivers and buyers confirming haul details (material, quantity, etc.)
• Add new vehicles and orders/jobs to system, update overweight permits when required
• Manage credit card terminal, print out and scan missing tickets
• Complete daily required reports/paperwork
• Provide helpful and friendly customer service to truck drivers and customers
• Help inside sales make calls if needed
• Cross train as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Pay Rate:$20 - $22 per hour

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Ability to communicate and work independently
• Ability to manage money transactions honestly and accurately

• High attention to detail with ability to multitask in fast paced environment
• Can work weekday overtime and on weekends

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred
• Certified Weigher Certificate preferred
